Refund Policy -
The Basics
As a museum we accept membership donations, personal donations, grand donations, ticket donations, and more. It is our policy that funds are not returned unless we are found to be in violation of the law of the state of Missouri. If you wish to present a refund request, please verify the law that has been violated with your request: info@schsmo.org
Accessioned Donations
As a museum we also accept the receipt of accessioned (donated) property. The following is the wording that is signed for each piece of property:

I (we) affirm that I (we) own said property and that to the best of my (our) knowledge I (we) have good & complete right, title, and interest (including, but not limited to, all applicable copyright, trademark, related interests) to give.
I (we) agree that the item(s) will become part of the exclusive and absolute property of the Society and that it (they) may be managed in any ethical manner consistent with established professional standards, Society policy (including sale of item or use of photography of the item), and governmental regulations, with no restrictions on its (their) use or disposition.
